Sony cybershot dsc-w350 or dsc-w380

Hey guys,
this is my first post on TE.

M planning to buy a point n shoot camera very soon and narrowed down my choices to Sony cybershot dsc-w350 and dsc-w380. Wat I want to know is whether difference in w380 is worth the difference in price. is the sony G lens really superior to the carl zeiss... or is there any other model which I might have overlooked.
Yes, i ve seen the canon ixus 100 is too. but dint impress me much..

Thanks a lot mate.... but again will the extra zoom not be a wise decision to opt for the w380.....:huh:

And also I forgot to mention one more thing... Is it okay to buy from the grey market.... If yes, then which one is a better choice.. chennai or bangalore.... coz i m studying in chennai and my hometown s bangalore.... :P
