Yep, it is the same for the Deluxe edition. Of course if you have a subscription through Game Pass or direct EA Play, then it is 10% less.

Just FYI, purchases direct from EA incur an extra 18% tax at checkout. Might still be preferable sometimes.

If you've never played Battlefield 4, get it for 249.
It's a 10 year old game, but still has active MP. The campaign is good too
Runs great on older hardware - this is what an optimized games looks like

Appreciate your comment. Wouldn't have known about the battlefield franchise sale, always wanted to try a BF game. Bought BF1 though as that always caught my eye plus it seems the playerbase is more active. How are the asian servers for both these games?

Not sure of Asian ones, but I play on 64 slot EU servers mostly. You could get "free" PC Game Pass and try out all the BF games.
