@shopshipindia i have registered 10 days back submitted my proofs also but still the account is not activated nhow much time you people take to activate the account ?

Can you please check this ticket (DEL/0912/8666)
 
Need a Code to Register. On 3rd Oct you wrote it would take you one day to generate. Its 9th today. Still no go.

Registered successfully using above code. Paid 10$. However am now stuck - I got an email stating all your accounts are inactive. I opened a case to activate account. What else needs to be done. Have tried getting in touch with the cust support, however the "live chat" does not work. Called on the customer care number (022-33003300), nobody had any clue about shopandship. They gave me a cell phone nummber of Anuradha who I was told is based out of Goa. That number is also not being answered. Please try and resolve my query.
 
Sorry for OT. I am trying to pay for one of the item and I can see that the pay button is disabled. Is there any issue?

I have registered using the given code IND76348372 and now i got the mail and it says my account is inactive. My refrence is (DEL/1112/2361) now do i need to do something else shopnshipindia

I have clicked the picture of my Driving Licence and uploaded it on their site...is it ok as a proof or i need something else
