At the moment there is no economical site that accepts international credit card and ships to India.
eWiz.com accepts bank wire transfer and ship here. But this transfer is not cheap, add to that the cost of shipping and any additional customs duties the price comes very close to Indian price. So purchasing online like this is not the way to go.
If you have any relatives in US which are returning here then thats your best shot to import it in their luggage. Otherwise buy it locally.

I was once charged Rs 15,000 of duty for a motherboard that was worth 8,000. I never claimed the package.
If you're still keen, I suggest you have it sent via USPS Express Mail. That goes through a different customs department; sometimes I got engg samples free of duty. Avoid courier services such as FedEx, DHL, etc. as much as possible. Those shipments go via customs at Sahar International Airport. I have had to visit them many a time before and the customs people there are the scum of the earth. Downright cheats and all the abuses I can think of. To top it all off, the courier service you contracted with are nothing but eunuchs as they will not even bother getting you a fair value assessment of your shipment. They bow before the "sarkar", bloody jerks.
Again, it is best to either get a relative to personally get it into the country or better still, just buy the gfx card in India if you can. The advantage of that is you will at least get a warranty whereby you just return it back to the shop you got it from. Maybe it will take a long time to get a replacement but at least its better than having to RMA the card back overseas, what with international shipping and the hassles of again re-importing the card.
Do yourself a favour and buy from India. I've undergone the pain many times and advise anyone who asks to stay away from such an option.
Oh and about the gift. Indian customs law states that any product worth 5,000 or less can be declared as a gift and imported free of duty. But those pautiyas at customs use their own sense of valuation. Most of them don't know a tractor from a computer monitor. And if they see a PCB, they will tend to milk you for all that they can.

I have been charged duty even on the board which came to me for review purpose from DFI and it has invoice stating clearly its test sample and not a purchase and was valued at $10. Still a heavy duty was charged. I was charged duty on 2 other DFI boards as well. Both were marked as gift.
So its too much of a chance.

You can buy my Sapphire x1900xt (imho the best ATI Brand). Had bought it in march 2006 along with many others here on TE itself, and have used it sensibly ....meaning not overclocked or abused it. -=content edited=- The original packing is still there and none of the accesories have been opened. will come with original dealer bill and about 18 months warranty still remaining.
if you are interested then kindly offer a reasonable rate , keeping in view the local market price here. i am prepard for negotiations and sensible bargaining.
please note since the card is not flashed / reflashed / abused at all you do not have to worry about warranty etc ...
if you desire, the card "can" be clocked to xtx speeds and more.....

am sorry to go OT here but dealer does not offer warranty, he mearly forwards the card to the manufacturer which inturn sents a replacement card to the dealer to be handed out, am sure you knew this so i have no clue as to what u were indicating in the post above, if thats the case, ocing proccies also voids warranty.....

if it was none of the cards would have worked on p5b deluxe ....some elementary , back to basics approach is needed in that case ...funky could be on the right track regarding PEG values ...(disabling etc ....if it is in the p5b bios). whatever be the case i just hope he gets it back up and running asap ...or gets a replacement asap ...

in anycase, id rather not continue here, all i can say is as long as there is no physical abuse/solder/component change on the hardware, there wont be any issue claiming warranty... and that is all i said in my post above...

The respawn deal is good..... go for it..... it will have Indian warranty and you wont have any issues if something happens.
But the thing is, international prces are much lower ...... But for 27K, this isnt a bad deal.

Sorry to go totally OT here but...
Dj... I have tried all possible permutations and combinations to make the card work... It doesnt work at 16x... It is very much possible that it wasnt working from the very first day as i mentioned in the other thread also about the DFI might be at 8x from the very first day when i got it from Darky... I can make the card atleast boot on P5B dlx now... Have discussed it with funky... But i wont post it here now as now i know certain members enjoy disecting the problem rather then finding the solution...
Man some people do know how to make thier brains work in a very "constructive" way... I wish i was a 16 year old.... Cause at that age one does not "need" to be politically correct... Also... I do read stuff before trying and i do know the concequences... It doesnt matter who reads the forums and who doesnt... Its about facts... And the fact of the matter is that card isnt abused in "practical" way...
Ohhh BTW i almost forgot to mention this Good luck Deejay selling your card... Unlike others you didnt try to flash/backup/pass away your bios to other members... Tweak the RAM timings... Flash it to a XTX... Ofcourse... Funky didnt get his backup bios from you now did he... Though you will be interested in reading this...

Tweaking memory timings and backing up bios also leads to "Abusing" of the card(As long as we are playing by the books/law)... Unintentional or "Intentional"... Or is it that old age is really getting to much for you and you forgot what happened couple of months back cause everytime we mention about CSS and you come up with your old age theory there...To be honest...
