1) "if" he sends it knowing the user has abused the card...(generally speaking ....for e.g. physical broken parts etc , or the seal is removed...)Rave said:am sorry to go OT here but dealer does not offer warranty, he mearly forwards the card to the manufacturer which inturn sents a replacement card to the dealer to be handed out, am sure you knew this so i have no clue as to what u were indicating in the post above, if thats the case, ocing proccies also voids warranty.....
3) This has nothing to do with ur pal switch's case. his card is fine since it works on other m/b's. i know what you are upto. as always as usual ...infact was expecting it....hehe

2) sends it with a note that the bios has been flashed with some other co's bios or another models higher speed bios during preliminary checking...

4) I have never mentioned that o/c voids the warranty. but flashing the m/b bios to some other co's bios and then complaining to the dealer the m/b does not work properly does voids the warranty. try it sometimes ...
5) This will make members more aware of not posting openly about things which they know can void the warranty. pm , im can be used for the purpose. anyways i am sure darky will be able to convince the dealer. ek bhool maaf....
i am more worried and tense then switch himself about the card hence did not comment while he was on flashing spree. because guys like you would have over ruled it....which(bios) is not the solution btw if it was none of the cards would have worked on p5b deluxe ....some elementary , back to basics approach is needed in that case ...funky could be on the right track regarding PEG values ...(disabling etc ....if it is in the p5b bios). whatever be the case i just hope he gets it back up and running asap ...or gets a replacement asap ...

Deejay said:You can buy my Sapphire x1900xt (imho the best ATI Brand). Had bought it in march 2006 along with many others here on TE itself, and have used it sensibly ....meaning not overclocked or abused it. -=content edited=- The original packing is still there and none of the accesories have been opened. will come with original dealer bill and about 18 months warranty still remaining.
if you are interested then kindly offer a reasonable rate , keeping in view the local market price here. i am prepard for negotiations and sensible bargaining.
please note since the card is not flashed / reflashed / abused at all you do not have to worry about warranty etc ...
if you desire, the card "can" be clocked to xtx speeds and more.....
Reason for selling : Getting a crossfire bundle at a good rate.
