15-20K Suggest me a phone with best camera

Please suggest me a phone in the budget of 15k to 20 K , features i am looking for
Best camera in this range
should last a day with 2 two three hours of 3g and wifi
preferable android

i got an offer for two monts used nokia 920 for 18.5k i dint see it but as per the seller its in scratch less condition , he dont have the bill but he claims warrenty can be claimed without bill using the imei number is it true ?

I can not get such screen/circles. Since this one is from Pro Camera/Nokia Camera, my brother's Lumia 720 do not have it. If values of exposures in settings of Camera, is required, I can list them.

Lumia 720 has Amber. Black is due in early next year.

Also there is a proxy trick through which we can install Pro Camera/Nokia Camera on devices running on Amber.

I tried few proxy servers but was not successful. Do gimme couple of days as right now going through university exam - last paper on 27th and placements.

I tried with some other proxy server and could successfully install Nokia Camera.

Excellent, now take a photo of something with 4s exposure and put up the original somewhere. You should get a completely white shot as it will over expose. or you could go up on your roof at night and try and take a shot of the cars moving on the roads, you will see some nice trails. make sure you stabilise the camera though, otherwise it will be blurry.

Want to confirm whether the 720 is actually capable of using it or not. Also mention how well pro cam works with 720, fully operational or not.

That interface nokia has is the best out there compared to anything else on a phone camera. How long will we have to wait to see it in android

It works to view, and i could download but there is no exif data recorded in the image. That's why i wanted you to upload some where else or attach here so that the exif is not removed by the image host. imgur removes them. Try tinypic

PS: IIRC, when we had a look for EXIF on my laptop, it was missing there too. Still will confirm on this in morning.

Ah, that should not happen. Seems the app is not writing the exif when it takes photos.

You did get a light trail but its not possible to confirm how long the exposure time actually was without the exif.

Ok, its there now. Can your brother confirm whether the shutter stayed open for 4s or 1s

And whether the pro cam app works properly otherwise. I don't understand why they make you jump through hoops to get it. Proxy servers and all.

I m not 100% sure on this but while clicking photo it takes a while. Time frame is definitely just 1 second. This might not be proper answer but m bit noob here.
