Please suggest me a phone in the budget of 15k to 20 K , features i am looking for
Best camera in this range
should last a day with 2 two three hours of 3g and wifi
preferable android

In this case its for sure 4 seconds. I clearly remember we would have to click photo bit before the vehicle comes in frame and final photo was after it leaves frame.

ok, very good. it was hard to tell whether it was a 1s or 4s exposure from the photos. Guess that concludes it.

pro cam (once you jump through hoops) on the 720 is the best you can get for the price out there.

If you are looking for good camera phone then there are only brands which you can prefer Nokia and Sony. In this price range you can took Xperia SP or Nokia 920.
Both the phones have good camera quality.
