I can rather have it bought by friend but the warranty part scares me.
Also, is Samsung 840 PRO better than OCZ Vertex 4?

Finally,
will 16GB RAM help me increase the performance or I should stick to 8GB RAM's?
Planning to run win7 untimate 64bit for next 1 month and then upgrade to win8.

8gb ram will be more than enough .Try to get memory with low latency

Lower latency RAM modules exhibit no real-world performance increment.
Choosing the Best DDR3 SDRAM for Ivy Bridge - X-bit labs

The Ivy Bridge memory controller is largely the same as the Sandy Bridge one and delivers similar performance at the same settings. So, the influence of system memory settings on practical tasks is rather low. However, the new CPUs have brought about certain changes, the most important of which is the opportunity to choose a very high clock rate for DDR3 SDRAM. Such clock rates were not possible even with overclocker-targeted systems of the previous generation.

Modules up to DDR3-2133 SDRAM may be recommended for Ivy Bridge platforms, but not faster ones. Up to that frequency, the price remains reasonable while the performance in everyday applications grows up. Faster memory modules are considerably more expensive without providing tangible performance benefits, so they can only be recommended for enthusiasts who want maximum speed no matter what.

You shouldn’t bother about memory with low latencies, by the way. There are fewer such products on the market nowadays because low timings do not offer much in terms of performance on the modern LGA1155 platform.

@subham
yes would be interested if this has warranty. Also how old?

I got the below; one of the best RAM's lowest voltage and lowest profile; 1/3 the size of normal RAM's

@shubham not cancelled.... Canceling would cauz a lot of confusion as they don't return ur money but give u a coupon so I avoided it. Will try to sell it off once I receive it

Guys,
How to I connect my digital speakers onto the B75M-D3H? There is no optical out:(
Also, I could not see any PCI-E slot for sound cards:(

Shit India LOST

I am looking at a similar requirement and this would also (might) help the OP hence asking here,

how does the Enthusiasts | Solid State Drives | SSDNow HyperX | Kingston compare to the ones in discussion above? Someone's selling it for 6k. Hyper X 3K Kingston 120GB

Performance is quite similar although the Vertex4 takes off with Write Speeds.
AnandTech - Bench - SSD

Also reliability of the SSD is another mixed bag, the SandForce MLC + controller have a known history of issues ranging upto 'bricking'. The Vertex4 with its Marvell controller based iteration is a better deal from that perspective.

Hope this helps, Cheerio!

Use the second PCIe x16.0 slot as a PCIe x1.0 / x4.0 / x8.0 slot and put the audio card there.

Yes one of the other advantages of the Intel motherboard --
  • Complete A / V package on the rear I /O.

Ya man.... I saw the rear I/O...now don't tell me :(..that board was 8k man
BTW: how do I get SPDIF to work on the gigabyte
