Nord 3 does throttle on heavy load, but reviewers didn't complain about heating issue. It does get warm. Since gaming won't be done, Nord 3 can be considered because of its camera. D9000 is considered an efficient SoC compared to S888/888+ or 8 Gen 1 (obviously better than exynos as well).
IMO this should be the top choice around 30k, more like 32-33k. It will get 3 OS updates as well, only bested by new Samsung devices at this price point but Samsung has nothing good at this price range.
For their price, I'll ignore S21FE & F54 because of SoC.
Neo 7 pro is good for gamers because of SoC.

Poco F5 is a beast in its price range. You can go for it (I know about the dead motherboard issue , but it was only in poco X3). Remove bloatware and it will be a great phone . With card offer you can get it for 27k and if you have an old phone you can get it even lower.

If you don't want Chinese phones, you can go for Moto Edge 40. That's a great phone too.

Samsung phones are great in the premium segment but are very bad in budget segment. I feel M34 will lag after a year or so.

MoBo issues have started with the F5 as well, just a couple of months in. Have to see whether it becomes more widespread like in case of X3.

In addition to other QC issues.
