Lets not get carried away here!!

The 5770 is near performance to the GTX 260 only. The directX 11 is an advantage over the GTX 260 but not in performance.

WTH man. It has 35A in +12V and labeled as a 700w PSU :@ The CX400 has 30A in +12V and labeled as a 400w PSU. You wanna spend Rs.2800 and get a Zebby Platinum which is not even 80+ certified and has no reviews what so ever.

As i have mentioned earlier get a I would suggest a Sapphire HD4850 512MB DDR3 ~ 6.5k and a Seasonic S12II 430 ~ 3k(offer from the Itwares)/ Corsair VX450. Don't skimp on the PSU. Skimp on the GPU if tight on budget. PSU is a long term investment.

And i was curious to know whether
i can attach it to my pc with normal
iball psu or whether it will get damage

think that CM psu should be real power and not extreme power ( Real power 460 w)... EP series is the unreliable one of the two.

I'm getting a XFX HD 4870 512 MB DDR5 for 7.9k and a HD 5750 for the same price...

not really..better get the cards locally or other online sellers like -theitwires,mediahome and other TE dealers.

The ITWares has the 4870 512MB for 8k. Only problem is it's not sapphire but Power Color. Is it worth taking?
 
They have the 5750 for 8.5.

But that's nothing better than GTS 250 right?

MSI Radeon R5770 is for 9.5

4870 is a very good card- but you should get the 1gb version -the card has enough horsepower to utilize the 1gb ram - so you can enjoy very much in texture heavy games like GTA4;also I think if you are buying a new mainstream graphics card , you should always consider playing in HD for which 1gb graphics ram is must
 
Hmm true but then the 1GB one is rather expensive. Coming up to 10k and above and I don't have that kind of budget for a GPU right now because i have to build up the entire pc

-- for this resolution a 4850 will be good enough for you,,4870 like card will be an overkill for you.I think ati 5750(1gb ddr5) is the best solution for you.. check this review

power color 5750 is costing Rs.8100 at theitwares.com. I think its a good deal for you. Power color is a good brand for ati card-relatively new in india.check newegg for buyers feedback for power color branded ati graphics card

it is 100% safe and the best online shop in india(imho)
you will get everything at a much cheaper price than any other dealers in india..
but warn you that customer service is not that great
