Suggestion of cheap mobile with decent display

Want to get a cheapo mobile for dad...As he doesnt carry one....

Camera not needed..but display must be good..also if it has radio that would be an advantage...but try it to be it between 2k and good battery life...

Dad has habit of misplacing mobiles so doesnt want to spend than the budget.....but upto 3k model also please recommend will try to search local store than for 2nd hand piece than
 
One i can recommend is Samsung B210. I am using it as a secondary phone..excellent VFM as it has a color screen and a radio too. New one costed me around 1800 bucks.. :)
