I have a 128mb radeon 9800pro ati orignal or BBA.
Is Amd 3500winchester available,is it worth it if I don't plan to overclock?

Anyway,i'd take the A8N-SLI if i were you even if i don't need SLI.I believe that the board is more future proof(just that gut feeling,thats just me anyway).I think its costs around 11.5-12k.Go for a 3000+(i don't think you'll notice too much difference between the 3000+ and a 3200+)as the reduced cost might help you accomodate that motherboard.
 
If you cant find the Neo 2 and you are sticking with AGP then your next best bet would be the A8V
An Asus CD RW is about 1.7-1.8
Get Zebronics 500W for 2k have heard that its better than powersafe

IMO get a 3000 or 3200.. 3500 is a bit overpriced for the performance you get.
 
but in chip april
gigabyte GA K8NS-939 outperformed the asus a8v dlx though it had less features and not as good build quality.
