Android Tablet for TV shows (at the max 720p) upto ₹5,000-6,000

I need a tablet for watching TV Shows which are at the max 720p during commute. It may be used for some casual web surfing or games. Videos will be fed either from internal memory or from HDD attached to router (when I m home).

My budget for same is ₹5000-6000. I am open to buy used tablet from forum. Few aspects in my mind are;
- resolution should be 1280*800 minimum
- screen size of 7-8 inches is okay
- does not matter if Lollipop is available or not; would prefer it to be on Kitkat
- if possible little compact (I doubt if I can ask this feature at my budget )

I had considered Nexus 7 2012 but it suffers from flash memory issues hence avoiding it. I doubt Nexus 7 2013 would be in my budget. I liked Lenovo Tab 2 A7 -10 but resolution of 1024*600 kinda turned me off.

What about wifi.? Would you not want that too..! Or is it a default. I am also looking for something like, what you have jotted down..!

I was interested in the DELL Venue series. But the feedback on sites is not nice. How would Micromax be....?

I would prefer to stay away from any desi brand. I liked Nook HD but that costs ~₹8000 on GEB [emoji17][DOUBLEPOST=1428173022][/DOUBLEPOST]I saw some videos of Lenovo Tab 2 A7 - 10 on YouTube. People in these videos say screen is not that granular.

It is built quite well and operation is snappy. At ₹4850, it is tempting.
