PC Peripherals TAG brand sucks. Crappy Support. never buy product of that brand

^^ This is the first bad experience with TAG (Technology & Gadgets) brand in IT industry.

I had a B.I.G GPU (7600GT AGP) and it got replaced without asking a question within 2 mins time. as ive posted here in this forum before.

Also got my NZXT TEMPEST cabinet got replaced from PRIME ABGB recently.

Also got repaired the generic IDE HDD case for its power circuit.

TAG brand royally sucks
 
plantronics - bought in US - no bill - broke it by sitting on it - called service center in gurgaon - they said call blue dart, give our code no, they will bring to us - next day call - replacement sent please confirm on receipt - best ever!

Anyways guy's, remember you get what you paid for in the end. The sad thing about our country is you get a lot less than what you paid for in terms of service and support regardless of how much you paid.
 
They should be named as S**knology and Bad-gets

what a bullshit brand this is as you guys said. Really their product/service sucks. A month back, went to buy a mouse and the dealer suggested me this crap. Since i already made up my mind for logitech and had a policy not to buy unknown brands , i bought logitech. Thank GOD, m saved and thank you guys for saving me in future.

Will stay away from this PIG - SHIT

Its ultra ultra cheap for a reason, dont expect warranty or customer-support :)

Though thanks for informing us that they arent even worth that ultra ultra cheap price tag!
 
^All good Computer Company's are chinese companies. Not in the stereotypical sense though. Chinese product's quality has increased enormously over the past few years.

As for Galaxy, it is a subsidiary of Palit. Palit took over Galaxy some time last year.

BTW did Galaxy/TAG respond yet?
 
No response. And the customer seems to be blaming me for not giving him warranty. So will give him a zotac 8600GT new one on monday to just make him happy and make it go away.
 
While reading your first post,i was thinking ;why dont this guy approach consumer court ? untill i read that last line.
Anyways better late than never,first approach consumer court and file a case.it cost you 150~200 bucks.get the compensation for the crap quality item,for not giving after sales support and being rude and causing you agony.
