I read that.... I know abt that ages ago.

But no government was properly involved anyway with the voting. This so called Non profit organisation just did everything on it's own.

So, why couldnt they have left the Pyramids as part of the top 21 and let people decide ??

And even if they did do that, it is such a stupid thing that not enough people voted for it....

does it really matter which is a wonder or not .. i mean first you the seven wonders which dont exist and then a proper seven wonders and then new seven wonders.... bollocks.... its just a farce ...i didnot vote , i dont really mind if taj is a wonder or not just like the pyramid or the stone henge ... these are amazing wonders and thats how they will remain to me ... not because some list by some foundation says its a wonder

i hope the recognition makes the govt sit up and take notice of the taj and really do something for it and for the areas surrounding it!
