You know, if this had happened in Delhi (anywhere in north india) and we had known the guys address, trust me, the guy would have happily given us 10x the money he actually owed us in exchange for not getting his face broken up.

Just go there and beat the **** out of him na. Wait till he leaves or something, then catch him, ask him for the money, if he refuses, beat him up.

Dude. First thing. Lodge a police complaint. you can withdraw that later if need be. try all your stunts later.
you dont know how influential the other guy is.. Sad but true, there is a possibility he has the upper hand.
And guys goin to beat the fellow up, good luck.. get an insurance policy.
I'm not telling you guys not to go.. but remember.. a known devil is always better than an unknown one...

^^ You could do that... or behave like a educated and civilized human being and lodge a police complaint.

do keep a tab ki this person actually lives there or not .. and wot r his timings..

and be really discreet ..
 
you can also try to get his landline or his fathers contact number i hope evulution can help u out with this and have ur dad call his father and tell him about all the details and threaten him if he aint gonna coperate then ur are calling the cops.
