Not particularly mental health but ChatGPT and Meta AI have been pretty helpful for me when I needed tips to prevent anxiety before my office presentations to a wider audience. I get stage fright during public speaking and It was really nice to have been able to share how exactly I feel, talk openly about my fears and then it provided me some very tips which were pretty helpful.
