Black Hawk, by default marriage to those NPCs are possible who can be your companions. You can also do it to any other NPC with some command. Check the UESP.

Thanks Gannu, did just that. The UESP (http://www.uesp.net/...Skyrim:Marriage) sadly doesn't list Karita under female NPC's who are available to be married. Too bad, maybe I'll use the console command or something and see if it works out with her, hehe.

Btw, I encountered a bug in the Daedric Quest - ' Waking Nightmare' which has made that quest impossible for me to finish. Here's what happened:

After I followed Erandur into the Nightcaller Temple he told me to wait while he opens a door up ahead. He stood infront of the said door and I kept waiting but the door never opened! I waited a long time, reloaded previous save games and tried but to no avail. Erandur just stands without doing anything!! Door remains sealed shut.

Anyone else came across this bug in this level?

I have said it before and I will say it again, Credit Cards is the Devil's masterpiece. It will make you bankrupt and you will still use it like the world is going to end
<

I still haven't found anyone worth marrying.

Question, Can we have more than 1 companion(I just have Lydia right now)?

@mjumrani- Yep, you have 1 companion in almost every friendly town. Either you get House Carls like Lydia or you get followers who are ready to follow you anywhere.

...anyone using the High Res. Texture pack, released on steam like yesterday or so with the workshop?

Yea, even I want to know this. Is anyone using this? I doubt my 512MB card will be able to handle it. So, if I download it, can I disable it if the performance is not good?

^^ I am sorry I have installed 'em but haven't booted up the game...

One game I am actually intimated by
<
....It just seems too awesome..
<

...will only do so when I have like 4-5 days off and nothing can devote it to skyrim...and nothing else..(Coming soon

Dang, sorry to hear you forgot to backup your saves!!

So far the character build I would say you could go with a Nord or a Khajiit this time around. My character is a Nord one-handed warrior.

Oh.. ok.. np. Do mention it once you have played it. Thanks in advance!
<
Mainly I want to know if there is a huge performance hit and whether there is a big difference in visuals. Also, can it be turned off once installed. BTW, how big is the download size?

After many, many hours of riveting gameplay and lots of treading in the woods of Skyrim I've completed almost all of the main and side quests. Playing through Skyrim has been a great joy!!

What Skyrim has done is that it has made me really interested in playing the previous Elder Scroll series games (which I haven't played at all), so mostly will pick up Morrowind next.
<

And you will be vastly disappointed. Morrowind is old school. Dice roll based combat, outdated graphics and very old gameplay. After Skyrim it is hard to play Morrowind, even after applying all the high resolution texture packs and enhancement mods. If you are able to look through the graphics and high complexity, it is a great game, some say the best in the franchise.

Skryrim is nothing but Oblivion enhanced. They added some elements from fallout 3 polished the game put a new story tried to reduce the bugs present in the earlier version and made skyrim.Story wise i am in the middle only. Not playing this title much these days. But still i think its a great game.Boring is out of question.

Anyways If you want to know more about the blades then play its predecessor. Skyrim's story is very loosely connected with its previous version.

Ok I loaded the game,...

added a bunch of mods form the workshop and called in Sick on Friday,

and have done about 20 hours into the game now with a lot of wandering.

As far as the graphics go, I don know if there is a difference, I have set everything to Ultra at 1080p and have had no issues...with the vSync enabled I don't go down below 60Fps yet so no issues there,.

As far as the game goes, I am hating work today, just been reading the Skyrim wiki all morning,

so in one short word: "Hooked"

And I don't even like RPG's in general, but this one is simply awesome.

^Hey thanks for the update. I have one more question: Is it possible to disable the hi-res textures and go back to normal textures once you have downloaded it?

You think a frost troll was bad? Try provoking one of those giants herding a bunch of mammoths and they'll rape you left, right and center!
<
I am serious - do not approach their camps unless you have leveled up to say 15 or so. One stomp to the ground or one sweep with their club and you'll be floating high up in the air.

I ocassionally try sniping them over rocks... won't do damage enough to kill and they regenerate too fast but its a fun thing to do considering most quest mobs can't do much to you in normal difficulty.
