KMD - Ordered iPhone about more than year back.. Great dealer as you know..

PhoENiX - Ordered 1 8800GT and 500w PSU about 1 year ago.. Nice dealer, quick shipping..

Rahul@Itwares - Ordered Abit Ip35-e. good experience with him also even I had some shipping issues..

Amarbir(Lynx India) - Just before month, I ordered iPOd Touch 2G, delay in shipping but good packaging and service... :D

My point here is that, if there was a mistake or communication gap, amarbir should have followed it up without us reminding him so many times, cause it was a rude awakening for us to see people who ordered after us getting a the monitor before us and then getting a call from him asking if we got the monitor...lol. Also 31 days is a very long waiting period for anyone. I feel i have justified my end by giving him a neutral rating based on this deal.

I really hope he improves his quality of service.

All Dell Emails Flow From Dell To Me And Few i Forward To Baljeet ,He is My Accounts Manager .As i Had Recieved Your ID Proof the First Time Itself I Had Myself Forwarded it To Dell .So when You Folks Called Him Up He Had No Clue What Was Going On And Asked You To Send Another Proof .Once He Recieved That He again Forwarded The Same To Dell ,So Dell Got Your Proof 2 Times That Was Not Needed as they had already processed your Order From the first Email that i Send Myself .When You Had Called Up I did Explain you the Same .So For Delays "Basically Production Delay" In your Case they Took time .But i got a Neutral Rating And Not Good Remarks In This Case ,I Understand The Concern of a Customer But As Such Delay Was Not in My Hand i Could Not Do anything .Anyways Whats Done is Done .This is My First Dealings With Dell and I am Not Very Well Versed With Them ,But i did Pour My suggestions And Experienced In the Forum Regarding Them So That Other Delears An Customers Do Not Get Into The Hassel .There Are Few More Things i Like To Share Regarding Them

They Do Not Tell Us Anything of This Sort When They Take Orders They start All This After They Take Orders And When They Do Not Deliver On Time And We Ask Them .Thats Very Bad on Thier Part .As a Dealer I Do Not Like Thier This Policy But i think it depends on the dell rep you are cordinating with in dell .Anyways You Have got your monitor and i am pleased that finally we managed it ,All is well that ends well .

I have only ordered stuff from KMD. Just one word for him. AWESOME DEALER AND PERSON......Not Many like him IMHO. I think TE should encourage him to build his own website soon...............I am just waiting for that day. His TodPhod website is under contruction for ages I think........

Rahul itwares : Good dealer. Slow replies and shipping is something he should improve on.

Kmd : Awesome dealer. Super fast shipping , heard that he has increased prices for products.

I would rate:

Amarbir:2 Deals- Good guy with nice rates but somewhat rude behavior :|

Mediahome: 4 Deals- Very good dealer n nice prices but recent purchase ended up into sour experience with him. :no:

KMD:Bought many stuffs- Ah ***** seller...Even though he increased his fee :P

Rahul Itwares: 1 Deal- Good n busy seller :ohyeah:

Phoenix: Very hardworking and 5* seller- Would like to deal with him again n again

TheITwares ==> Bought WD element 320GB external HDD. Deal was hassle free.

Prashaant ==> Bought HAlo 2 PC game. Deal was pretty smooth. (CODmw 2 is gonna come once released)

Amarbir ==> Bought PL-11. Super price was offered. Very smooth deal. Some communication gap was there, but deal itself was huge for dealer. So understandable totally

Amarbir Had a Communication Gap :no:,Could You Explain That Might Be i Could Do Something To Improve The Same .Infact i Have a Communication Gap With Several People Not Writing Thier Order Id Number In Thier Orders Payments And Me Struggling Like anything To Find It

Wow, never realized this thread exists... would not have created that "other thread" if I had seen this first... :P

anyways my Dealer ratings (as of Nov 6). I have dealt with only three dealers:

KMD: One word: Excellent. Bought a stick of RAM... amazing service. Thoroughly professional and once the order goes through you are aware what is happening.

TheITWares: Got CPU cooler... slight delay but everything turned out well. A little busy dealer, but outright approachable and very competitive rates. In sum, will deal with him again.

Amarbir: Delays, rude and won't keep you in loop... great deals though. And I think great service too if you can him in good humour and if he doesn't cancel your order. My deal did not went through... so we traded negative feedbacks :P

You Had No Business Yo Give Me That Feedback Once I Told you i Am Refunding Your Payment Back ,Which Meant WE did Not Go ahead With The Deal At All i did Not Accept your Money As the Day i Was Back To Work i Told You this .+ Its Not Good For Me To Be So Approachable I Bet 90%+ People Do Not even Have Other Dealers Mobile No .You Talking About Delays they All Delay And So do I Just You Got So Pissed Up That You Could Not Take It That a Dealer Could Cancel Your Order ,Man If You Are Like This Before The Deal Hell Would Have Broken Loose After The Deal .Its Good I Scrapped The Deal Before The Same ,Go To This Location And Follow A Refund Policy I Have On My Website -> Our Policy ? Look, it's a sticky and i would now like to argue with you here. On this matter, this will be my first and final post.

Now read carefully:

I did not cancel the deal. You did it. So don't throw at me what a customer has to do to get refund if he wants the money back. Last evening you agreed to send a DD to me. I will accept only a DD or an account payee cheque. Now, for some reason if you don't want to do that, chill and relax. You can keep the money. All fine and nice.

As far as reading the policies is concerned, I would not have given a thought to buy something from you if you would not have been a dealer on TE. I read your trade thread, trusted you because you carry 'authorized dealer' tag here and tried buying something from you. May be, my trust was mistaken.

I am not going to write to you or make a CC of the application or give you my bank account number to get the refund. You broke the deal, you sort it out. And if you can't do that, that's alright. It's not the first time I have come across inefficiency and ineptitude.

If You will Follow the guidelines For Refund I will do Them Otherwise i will Not Thats One ,Secondly I Am Not Sending You PM's I am Replying To The Once you Send Me As i Have Replied To All Pm That Were Pending ,this is What I Was Telling you In First Place that i will solve Most of The Issue Here Slowly One By One .But You Were In Rush and I Could Not Help It .

all i can make out from morgoths post is that he was not in a rush either but his only complaint is that u didnt intimate or update him about the current status!

and ur little bit of impulsiveness :P ( acc to me ) lead to all this

so just forget it and move on

This thread was created for the sole purpose of providing feedback about the dealer paradise section, and to help in improving that section using the members opinions and views. The dealers are most welcome to answer the queries of the members and take their feedback.

But please stick to the point and keep your emotions out of the way. This would greatly help in improving this section.

ie. This is a more proactive approach to all the problems in the section :)
