Thanks @Black_Hawk and @Gannu .yep mother of pearl dial was something which tilted decision to this one. Tissot costed 16k from Ethos store and WD 12k (minus redeemed around 600 bucks from Reliance one reward points collected over long period) from Reliance digital.
Didn't planned on spending that much but then.....

Wanted to buy a iPhone 4 but the Aircel offer was too good to let go. Bought this for DAD as he is quite versed with iPad and nothing came close w.r.t. to price when it came to a buying decision for this. Costed me Rs. 13370 with bill with six months Aircel connection(Free (1000 minutes + 2500 sms)Per Month x 6 Months). The offer was too good to let go.

Now looking to buy a good silicon case for the same.
