www.fragrantica.com if you want to check the notes, performance, longevity of the fragrances. It's like the IMDb/ GameFAQs of perfumes.
www.belvish.com if you want to buy (There are several other legit sites and sellers in India, but I bought 2 out of 4 from them - they are cheaper than ShoppersStop/ TataCliq etc. and are located in Delhi, so fast shipping for me)
www.reddit.com/r/DesiFragranceAddicts if you want to join a like-minded community and ask for recommendations or suggestions

Would you say that belvish is cheaper if I'm getting 48% value back if I buy Shoppers Stop voucher?

If that translates into a 48% off on the MRP, then SS would be cheaper in most cases. But better to check the prices on both sites. For example, Versace Dylan Blue (which is on my wishlist) is for INR 8,100 for 100 ml. But it's also available on Belvish for 7,450 for 200 ml. The 200ml would be the better buy in this case.

PS. Don't blind buy a fragrance - test it first either by buying a small sample or testing it in a mall.
PPS. The reddit has a sticky topic with other sellers who may offer better deals compared to Belvish.
