Waterman has a proprietary converter so not sure if an International standard size will fit. Also you can use this as a guide

@Black_Hawk : Yes mate, it's working absolutely fine and as same as my laptop / cell phone with the television. The only sadness is the 'in' cable is really too short, it hangs from the back of the TV's audio port

I'm happy to know it's working with your TV! Yes, the 3.5mm cable is short, perhaps you could get an extension 3.5mm cable so you could safely place your FiiO E11 on the table. Something like this one:
