aussie and me did longs peak yesterday. 16 mile round trip with 5100 ft altitude gain. brutal rock scramble. it took 14.5 hours. started at 2AM and finished at 4:30pm.
Haha. this place is a national park and flying in national park is prohibited. they arrest and confiscate. more importantly at those altitudes weather was really crazy. we were hiking against 40mph gusts.@booo - You didn't carry your new light glider so you could fly down back.
Quite frankly if you completely avoid junk food you will get the required proteins from any combination of cereals, pulses, veggies etc. that you need to satiate your hunger.Any one has a good veg protein diet plan without supplements?
You need to specify what's the goal of the diet. Cuz it's not something you do lifelong it's a phase and maintanence phase comes after you achieve said goal. Also supplements has nothing to do with diet.Any one has a good veg protein diet plan without supplements?
While the advise may not be bullshit but when it comes from a person who has used and abused steroids, it doesn't resonate well for those who don't take steroids.
weight training and boxing, the goal is to include approx 90gms of protein a day.You need to specify what's the goal of the diet. Cuz it's not something you do lifelong it's a phase and maintanence phase comes after you achieve said goal. Also supplements has nothing to do with diet.
I believe you just asking about general healthy lifestyle stuff in that case don't really stress on it just eat stuff you like in within limit, there is lot of fear mongering out there don't fall for it.
Watch these for no bs advice
Even brisk walking (the one that keeps you on the verge of being breathless) could be a great workout to begin with. Can someone reccomend a good but simple workout plan. Needs to start slow as I feel joits are a little rusted lol
Im 35+ and mostly sitting job.
Need to get some muscle as I have lost almost all the muscle I built 10+ years ago.
Have an active gym subscription that Im not using. So have access to a good gym.
I'm a huge fan of minimalist routines. It's 2 days a week, you take every set to failure, and since you're not lifting huge weights you often do not need a ton of warm-up sets either. Once you get "in the zone", you can always add more gym days or training volume or move to a more traditional routine. Can someone reccomend a good but simple workout plan.
