I was in TE since 2007 onwards. I bought and sold so many components but never had any quarrel with anybody here. TE was kind to me. I hope it will stay that way for many years to come.

For the EP630 guys, I bought a Sennheiser CX400 instead from KMD - not sure if anyone recalls those. I still have them, and they're working

Came here for a price check during COVID, stayed for the content and the people. It has become a routine now to come and check for new posts once every few hours.

Hopefully y'all keep the tradition alive and we see another thread after 10 years!

I would also like to share a thought for our friends who passed - Eazy, Udit and others who were active and whose lives touched us in one way or another.

That's awesome! I am also now working with someone I met here, I'm sure I will be working with him for a very long time indeed.
It all started with ThinkDigit Forums back in mid 2001. The core members of TE had already assembled and were interacting, I joined the gang by Nov 2001, then moved to Pro/Forums for a year then started Tech-Arena. This site was the pre cursor for TechEnclave, unfortunately it was maliciously taken over by one of the admins, hence most of us abandoned it and started TechEnclave from scratch. TE is running since dec-2004 or Jan 2005 and will continue to run.

Was there a forum glitch that got the dates etc mixed up in 07 or 08? Or I was a lurker before 07 (I don't even recall now).

I remember the glory days of overclocking, the good folks at ThinkDigit wrote a 2 page article about my Athlon XP overclocking adventures too hehe. Like Chaos said, we've gotten older and other priorities have taken the place of the computer.

This. I think us 'youngsters' are middle aged and over the excitement of overclocking, it was a phase, life, family and work takes priority. But all the same, good to see you around.

PS: I have @Gannu's number and somehow I've never spoken to him. Pity. Even funnier is that @Saiyan went out of his way to ship me an Athlon 3000+ from another member. I don't even know what
happened with the processor. All the old feedback etc doesn't show

Since we are talking about EP630. I checked my cupboard and found this.

Bought in Jan'2008 but not used more than a couple of hours may be (but kept safely in a sealed plastic box). Just now plugged in guess what, it still works great. Cosmetic condition is also as good as new. Wire, connector, rubber tips, everything. I guess we don't get this quality anymore.

He went to theitdepot, chennai, carried a rather large box for Logitech G15 on his bike. Brought it over to Bangalore to for me. I doubt we had even spoken on phone before this. Great guy. Super helpful to everyone around.

Heh, life happened, and as @Chaos said, we all young folks from the 2000s got middle aged. Many of us made very good lifetime friendships, still talk regularly via multiple WhatsApp and telegram groups

We still kurk on our accounts, and the marketplace is occasionally still useful!
