Smriti Irani as the education minister? What do you guys think?

The always-acerbic Madhu Kishwar criticises Smriti Irani getting the HRD ministry. "Smriti Irani merely class 12 pass. Went to bcm fashion model on to tv serial bahu. Is this qualifcation enf 4 India's Education Minister? Dont mind if Irani made Deputy PM in recogntion of exceptional talent. But to lead India out of current educational mess, need different type."

We used to have a PM with a doctorate in economics from Harvard and now we have just a tea boy.

The irony is a substantial proportion of the country actually believes we will be better off now.
 
You guys honestly think that Govt. cares about basic necessities such as education and medicine? Even the basic infrastructure is ignored unless it helps a business or is set up for hometown of a neta.

The actual development and infrastructure is last on the list of government's expenditure list. Unless something boosts our GDP, it doesn't matter. Just look at state of agriculture sector.
 
Is "Smriti Irani" really not even a graduate? What the hell! But then again fanboys and supporters will say "experience is what matters". sigh.
Also TOI recently published an article on how the modi govt. is anti-lower class or something (forgot the link) in his cabinet ministers. Not saying I agree but is there really no one else in the BJP/NDA alliance who are more suited than these "high caste" mantris?

She gave Rahul a run for votes, that qualifies as enough. :) What is education to run a nation...? Worst is: Newspapers show detailed graphs and written excerpts about Twitter battles / rage wars regards the new government. Does Twitter really matter...? Is it the voice of India..? Does India have a voice..? It is a nation gone to the dogs -years- back, all is left are the bones....! Twitter my a$$, this is what brevity of stupidity is measured with. India grossly has gauge issues.

Kapil Sibal is LLM of Harvard, and quite frankly, he is an idiot.
 
At least she didn't fake her degrees. I'm sure she will be assisted by experts in the area. What are the achievements of previous highly educated idiots like Sibal anyway?
