2. To answer this question, what do you need from the cydia. There's some 5 to 6 repos which post cracked cydia apps on it. It all depended on you.

Remember this list some free apps but if you start preferring for paid apps that will take you to next level. For example my lock screen has two tweak such as locklauncher and locksliderz.

1. Will check, i have searched for it but couldn't find in cydia search, which repo is it available in.

2. I am not running after cracked paid apps but 2-3 apps like the player which can support "1080p" and "A3C audio codec" Videos (which no app is supporting in the APP store as of now due to patent issue).

3. Just need faster browsing experience and some file management app which can share videos between apps so that i dnt need to transfer the same video into each palyer to check if it works or not. Dont need any lock screen notifications or guesture based shortcuts.


installed NC setting which is good enough, also checked the SB Setting but didn't like the interface, Activator is of no use for me but the options are good (some guesture options are already present in IOS 5.1.1).

Someone I know has won iPad 3 32GB WiFi only model in a contest and is looking to sell it off. I think he is okay with Rs. 30K. With bill (bought in India) & warranty, sealed pack. Is that a good deal?

Note: I already have a iPad 1st gen (that I sparingly use) and don't need this new one. The idea is to buy and sell it off for a profit.

Any suggestions?

1. It won't available on cydia, it's available on AppStore.
2. Avplayer supports 1080p but no idea about a3c codec
3. Try ifile or the bridge

30k seems good price for selling because of 32gig but if you prefer profit, bargain.
 
Sold my iPad 1! Will mostly buy the next revision of iPad mini. Just waiting for it now! :)
 
Hey Guys, I have been thinking of getting an iPad Mini, but I want to wait for v2.
But, looking at it, I feel it is still good. But, do you think it will hold out for another 3-4 years? Like the Original iPad did?

Yeah Apple gives 3 years support to their products.
The v2 should also have a Retina screen. Even I'm waiting for that now.
 
Yup. As iPad mini has same specification as iPad 2, i guess It will have 2 more OS updates at max! But the next mini, might survive longer. That has been the case with iPads ever since!

I disagree brother.Even-though it has similar internal specs,you have to keep in mind that due to the reduction of screen real estate,it does not need as much power as the 3/4 and thus it suffices.I assume it will have at least 3 os updates,maybe even 4.
 
Well, I maybe wrong, but the new Mini just cant cut it! We need a higher resolution display! I compared it with iPad 4 at a local store and the difference was breathtaking! iPad 4 has the best possible resolution in a tablet. If only the mini had a resolution, say 1920x1440(1.85x), it wouldbe awesome. Or Maybe even a 1680x1260(1.65x) would suffice. If even the next mini stays on the same resolution, I Doubt people will go for it, given the fact that the competetion have FullHD Displays!

I encountered WiFi problems on my iPad3 4G, got rid of it for the same reason. Was planning to buy iPad4 but thought of searching this time before buying & to my utter disgust, the problem still persists in new iPad4. So much for Apple !
 
Guys are there any known problems of iPad 3 Cellular ? Like battery, heat issues etc

Thinking to get 32GB one.
