rp-pppoe! Roaring Penguin is the way to go! But it should be there on the installation cd/dvd! Just configure your pppoe connection and it will install it for you!

errr.........:ashamed: wen i installed i didnt c any option to configure or select pppoe package anywhere....how do i go abt doing that?

Installed the 32 bit dvd on my PC. KDE doesn't work. All I get is a blank screen staring back at me. Can access the console though. No idea what is wrong!

Managed to setup the whole system. The network manager was screwed, and had to mess around a bit to get it working. Similarly, had to go into failsafe mode and install nvidia drivers. Not very helpful for the linux newbie
