well i've mentioned the current retail price(19k) and can't argue about the online price,as it is obviously different.

no one can predict price drops of any particular model..
it all depends on the phone's popularity & sales..

P1i is expected to retail at the price i mentioned earlier ,for a few months..

^^^ He's right ! the v3i is quite old now & you''ll have difficulty finding one in stores.

You'd rather get the Moto Razr2 V8 - 512MB version for 10.8k !

phones with killer looks miss out on decent camera modules(no af/flash)..
and phones that pack in all the features don't look KILLER! :bleh:

the two choices i mentioned earlier are the best in this range w.r.t looks n features..

anyways,these are other handsets you could consider..

SE K770i ~ 12.5k (3.2mp/af/flash)
Samsung i450 ~ 12.9k (2mp/flash)
Nokia 6500 Slide ~ 13k (3.2mp/af/flash)
SE W760i ~ 14.9k (3.2mp)

N78 -18.8k

n81 with seperate GPS module - 18k

N82 -19k

6210 navigator - 16k

N95(Old one not the new 8GB model) -19k

any others at this range?

Either the N95 8gb if you can stretch ur budget

else without doubt the N82 Black...

in today's world almost everyone expects VFM from whatever they buy,so one ought to consider the available options..

Generally SE's rated battery life is a little higher than a Nokia..
being your first SE,it will just take some time to get used to.

Ok, im pretty much decided that i have to get a w760 or a w890i since theyre same priced pretty much but since my mom is in the states, i also wanted to get a really good pair of earphones.... But the models mentioned above dont have a 3.5mm jack or do they?? Coz i dont want to use the proprietary ones that sony ericsson will give with em. SO do u have any other model arnd 15k in mind which has a jack for ::: v-moda ::: or do i but an ipod and a so so cell with the earphones?.... Thx.

Hi i know this is not the correct thread to post my question however dint knw where else to post where i will get a quick and correct response so posting here....

I wanted to know the default securty code of SE phones as it is in Nokia 12345. What is the code in SE phones to lock the phone from others accessing it. Further what are the additional security features i can keep on my SE phone so that others cant access it.

Which is the Best PDA in 20k budget. My relative wants to go for a PDA (he is a first timer to a PDA) and what he is looking for is some good performance PDA along with decent GPS and keys to input data.

What I have suggested is Asus P750. Is there any other choice for him??
