I have written to the service head e-mail mentioned above on Saturday.
No response yet.
Using my personal contacts I have the email addresses of two top bosses from Panasonic. Putting them in CC now.
 
If panasonic guys say that they don't have a record of you calling their service number, you should have it in your phone right? if not the entire call recording, atleast in your dialled phone list. Show mr vivek or those bosses that and ask them how can they say they don't have it in their records.

Also the toll free number is mentioed on panasonic website and hence correct. some scam is going on
