The Photography Thread !

Beaten But Not Broken



This photo was shot by my friend, Cijoy MJ. The original snap was shot using a P&S, was black & white (from the camera itself), overexposed and blech.

With his permission, I post-processed the photo quite a bit and gave it a much better look.

It seems the focus is on the leaf. Try focusing on the insect and if the DOF is small, try focusing on its head.

It was one of my first shots with the new cam.. Need some time getting accustomed to it..

@xfactor: Thank you too! This thread has some stunnin' shots - I was goin through it the other day.

@Mods: Why not start a fun photo competition thing? Most of us here have tried our hand at it anyway. :)

This is a merged shot - one shot focussed on the streetlight and the other on the moon.
