Yep... it's 55-200 but the one without VR. AF is available.

Do you use tripod and AF is dam look at those bird pics

^^ No tripod. It's hand held though light was pretty ok. The pics came out decent because the distance to subject wasn't much. I think barely two meters.

How do I do that what software?

software is photoshop

method is non-destructive burn,dodge and saturation..

just like mentioned in 1st post here

although i also blurred the background a little.

if you are new with photoshop then focus of working with layers..they can do magic
