Just saw the movie for the second time today and I liked it even more. It touched me more than before.

And was listening to the soundtrack of that and could not help but feel a tinge of unhappiness that most of these songs were sung by the guys when they were happy and cheerful and the end they meet.

what do you guys feel after watching the movie?? Just discuss whatever you feel abt the movie here. Anything and everything related to RDB here.

Who do you feel was the best?? I think it was Siddharth who plays Karan in the movie. His intense acting was superb. Bot to say that others were not good but he was THE best. I rate Kunal Kapoor and Atul Kulkarni next.

Usually, movies dont have this effect on me. I always forget the sad parts of the movies by saying that "it is just a stupid movie" Obviously, I am not able to say that for this movie. This movie is quite real(the frustration and the disdain of the youngsters and the pain they portray when their friend is killed. Not the killing of the minister and those parts).

And let us discuss ways of implementing some of the small things in our day to day life. I mean, of course it is impossible to try and kill a minister(though I would absolutely love to :P )..... What abt the do-able aspects of everyday life.

How many of you have paid a bribe to speed up the process in the RTO?? Or paid a bribe to the constable or SI instead of paying a full fine when caught by some cop for speeding or something like that??

again, many of us are young and may not have actually encountered corruption in it's worst form like our parents. My dad tells of some company fellows taking bribes from his competitors and giving them the business. My dad has refused to pay bribes anywhere and has lost business too that way. In a way, that is HIS sacrifice in the name of fight against corruption.

Would you pay a bribe just to earn a contract or something?? Be honest guys......

EDIT: Just spoke to my cousin in Delhi and he has watched the movie 4 times and is going again on sunday :P My god!!!! That is insane!!!

it is the only movie (after titanic ofcourse) which i would rate a perfect 5 on 5........ the direction is simply superb.

the movie made me sob up. yes, it puts the point accross superbly..... i will watch it agn tomo with my gf :D

there are 2 kisses in the movie, and somehow they r not profane. infact they blended so nicely with the story that u felt its need.

yeah....... I came very very close to crying many times. When they show the Jallianwala Massacre and the scene where they announce that Ajay dies and of course, in the end.

Luckily, I dont cry too easily.... :P but it sure tugged at the heartstrings and the thing is that you cant just get rid of that depressed feeling by saying "It is just a movie"

The govt apathy they show in the movie is very true. The govt does behave like thta sometimes

Well, it is a moviue to go crazy over. It is one of the BEST movies ever!!!! I would rank it up there with Lakshya and Swades and Page 3. One of the most meaningful movies ever(it is an Indian movie afterall, so forgive the OTT bits :P ).
