I have had around 5 deals with the ITwares in the past 7-8 months. His average response to PMs has been approximate 4-5 hours. Shipping is usually the day he receives the EFT credit, and the packaging is awesome. Phoenix and Rahul really rock here. What really made me happy -- I wanted the NH-D14, and he had one piece left, he held it back for me, even though I transferred the money later.

Very very very busy guy. The time he takes to respond to quotes can vary from a few hours to days of posting here and there (to get his attention). But I can say this without doubt... once he has taken the money he has been 100% committed. Has shipped out products ASAP. Products reached in good condition with super packing.
PS: The VX450 I ordered from him came with a slight dent at one end. I called him up and he promptly offered to give me a fresh piece and assured that there was no problem with the product. And touch wood, there hasn't been any till date.

As for the late PM replies, I just choose to wait. You never know what the guy at the other end is busy with It's another thing that I could afford to wait. Some people may not have this luxury and I can understand that.
But, most of the time, I've got my quotes on time and once finalized, it's always been a super fast deal with Rahul. I've talked to him only 2-3 times over phone, and he's always been polite with me. My experience so far has been good and I won't mind dealing with him again.

Have dealt with him twice and spoke to him a couple of times as well. Seems like a laidback guy which can be mistaken for rudeness. Works fine for me as long as i get the information i want, no sugar-coating expected.
His packaging is worth learning about, the sticky by him on packing stuff is as practical as it is brilliant.
Shipping is quick once the payment is realised on his side.
Regarding to quotes, well its his choice to reply or not, which he does in my case after a couple of reminders.

This dealer is not replying to any of my pm's or posts in threads. I even mailed the sales team on the email id mentioned on the website and no response yet. its been over a week and a half.
have dealt with him 4 or 5 times now.decent seller and is a prompt shipper when he gets the payment.had made a request once to send a item[soundmagic pl30]. before he recieved the cash since i was goin out and had dealt 3 times before with him [ i had transferred the money and showed the neft reciept as well] but he did not consider the request.anyways i have not hold a grudge and have bought a few products from him since.people have said that he is arrogant and blunt in his dealing but as long as i get my product properly i do not give 2 hoots.
Well don't know others opinion regarding itwares but one thing I must from my side Rahul is very helpful and responsive for what he doing in TE.Sent the items back for RMA, he kept me updated with the process and replied my every PM's, and finally solved my issues with his excellent RMA service.Thank you Sir(Rahul), just keep it up.

It is fine if you do not have the stuff/cannot source them, but please let me know beforehand so I can ask other dealers for the same. I am eagerly waiting to assemble the new system.

I had bought a SG 1.5TB HDD from him around a year back,which came with no bill.Since i thought SN was enough for RMA, i didnt bother with it either.But nowadays,it seems a bill is a must for a good sale here, i have requested him for a bill for the same,but all my PMs are going unanswered.Have PMed him 3 times and yet to get any sort of response from the guy.

Well, long story short - I will not deal with this dealer. EVER!
Of the 110+ deals I have done with the members of the forum, this dealer proved to be the least communicative despite being online in the forum most of the time. Having dealt with a majority of the dealers on the forum (barring the newer ones), I have noticed a common aspect of the dealers who have registered on the forums - once they have established their business elsewhere, they don't seem to care much about their online activity despite being registered here. Possibly because their turnover from the forums are fairly lower. Although there are still the rest, who would always respect their frequent buyers. dvdstoredelhi (Sunish/Ronnie), Pristinenote (Gautam) and Phoenix (Sudhir, though he has been inactive for sometime now).
This is how the communication between the two happened. I had sent him a PM last week (cleared all the PMs from my outbox so I can't recollect when the exact date was!) asking the availability of the Asus P8P67 Pro board, the i5 2500K processor and Ripjaws memory modules. I had specifically posted that I need a response by 28th since I shall have my paycheck credited and the funds ready by then. No response till date. Nada, no response to that nor for the last 6 queries on the thread (I don't know if he had sent the responses to those members as PMs though). Finally, I had posted an update in the very same feedback thread. He was however prompt in responding to a PM which I had sent him yesterday, when I had asked the availability of the memory modules alone (and perhaps I mentioned ASAP in the PM!). He did not however have those modules.

I would whole heartedly appreciate if dealers (and members alike!) are a bit more prompt in communication, delivery etc.
On a related note, I had sent the query to SMC and the response came in about 5 minutes. Sealed the deal within half an hour and SMC has already shipped the goods! Talk of prompt communication and shipping. I had dealt with SMC twice before - once during 2005 Jan when I had bought a Powercolor 9600 GPU and during 2006 May when I had gotten the XFX 7900GT - from their store at NP. Never had problems with them.

^^Well said,Ganesh....he has chosen to completely ignore my PMs as well,regarding the bill of a Seagate HDD that i had bought from him around a year back,so that i could sell it off here.This guy could atleast respond after 3 or 4 PMs on the same matter,but thinks otherwise.

I just had one deal with him and my shipment (Crysis 2 PS3 LE) was delayed for unknown reasons.
It has been finally shipped on 28th of this month.
That is actually not a big delay but knowing that a whole lot of guys (including those who ordered from Flipkart, etc) had received their games before/on Monday, I felt pretty bad.
Pre-ordering wasn't of much use.
Anyway, on the communication side, he's been very good with fast replies.

^^ The shipping location is Sitapur so it can only be serviced through DTDC and the DTDC guys are slow at picking stuff up from our place 25th afternoon around 3PM we got the game which was friday and around 25 orders were shipped same day some more on saturday and last some on monday, Crysis 2 PreOrder was majorly done so that people can take part in the Lucky draw through EA.

I ordered crysis 2 for xbox hoping that I could get my hands on the game as early as possible.
1. The dealer shipped the game on 5th Apr. which is 10 Days after the release.
2. I happend to get it only today i.e., 8th Apr.
3. Since I had a bad experience with the pafex courier earlier, I asked him to ship through any other. he shipped it via TNT and no issues with that.
4. after my repeated asking he did not give any reason for the delay.
5. Biggest bummer of all is that I paid 2250/- for the LE and I receive the game today and I am shocked to see the price tag as 1999/- MRP. I am really feeling cheated.
My worst deal on TE. Ever.
