Yep, Rahul is the most consumer concerned Dealer in TE :) I bought my PSU, Deathadder and goliathus pad by DTDC and they reached to my home within 4 days... but still waiting for my Sapphire HD 6850 to arrive ( shipped on 29th ) by TNT :)
 
I have send my Pl30 for RMA via DTDC plus last weekend. Original thread closed so updating here.

brought WD 1TB HDD and SeaSonic 750 JS,the PSU was open box, which i realized after going home, lol, but it's working fine and has warranty, so no issues

brought CM HAF X and MSI 6950 2GB Twin Frozr iii OC/PE, both were good, no fishy stuff, and there's was a mess up with Rahul(?) with the Twin Frozr ii and Twin Frozr iii, lol, first he brought iii, which i saw (thank god), then he returned it and brought ii, which at this time i told him that if he has iii then why are you giving me ii? then he promptly changed it and gave me iii, so thank you for this Mr.Rahul(?), everything is working fine

now secondly, i would like to tell u something, see i told u i was getting the DDR2 2GB Transcend RAM for 1100(just incase from where u may ask, primeabgb,but we bought from another local store since we forgot to buy it on our way down, coz i was carrying that damn HAF X till the car lol), which we eventually did, but u constantly denied me this price and kept on saying that u will be giving the same for 1250, see dude, when a customer is serious about buying stuff worth 30k+ from you, you should have some faith in him, this is what i didn't like from your side, also you didn't even give me a single discount on any stuff brought from you, coz later when i got online and started to tell people about my purchases, people pointed me towards the prices and yes them prices were low than what i had paid you, but anyways, thats my mistake, coz i was not at all aiming for 6950, i was aiming for 6970 lightning version, which miraculously, entire lamington rd. didn't have it!! and i was thinking that i will buy entirely from one shop to avoid any hassles (regd. warranty and all), which i even told you, but you were stubborn, lol. (to put it in light mood, i would like to use the troll face meme here: ITWARES, Y U NOE GIVE DISCOUNT? lol)

but, anyways, i am all happy chappy with the purchases, so yay!
 
^ dude its absolutely his (dealers) wish at which price he wants to sell the products .. you cannot force him to lower the prices ..

1 thing you can do for that is .. check prices at various shops and get the product from the shop that gives you the lowest pricing !!!
 
Hey mate that day(16th august) I went to your new address.3rd floor iirc , I couldn't find your shop,even asked a few people there.have you moved or are you still at the same place?
 
Here is my feedback for Rahul,

I had purchased two asus m4a785 dm pro motherboard. One for me and one for my best friend.

I had purchased my entire system from him.

UnLuckily both motherboards failed at same time.

I called this chap for help.

Fellow wants me to email me or SMS me about new motherboard purchase.

I told him immediately about my requirement of gigabyte atx board and DDR 3 ram requirement.I sent this as text message.

Fellow Said he will reply asap.

So far I am waiting for his gigabyte motherboard sale for last one week or so.

I dont think he needs business from us and he is as always super busy with his work.

He even said he was assembling two systems in that day.

I dont think it takes whole day to assemble two systems.

This is very very unfortunate that I bought from him.

Absolutely no interest in sale of even new motherboard.

I am absolutely unhappy with his attitude and way of dealing.

You called us and told us that your Motherboards you bought from us have gone bad and u need our help to get the same replaced through the service center as there is no service center near you and u asked us to quote the price for a new mobo for which u sent us an SMS (that day we were busy but it does not mean we don't want to help), we were not working after 19th for 3 days and after coming back we are sorry we did not reply to ur sms.

I request you to kindly use that Tapatalk feature on ur phone and send us a PM here regarding your issues, i think that will solve both your issues very quickly

bought MSI H67MA-E35 B3 motherboard and Intel Core i3 2100 CPU from TheITWares.com. Decent pricing, quick service.

Faced a problem with motherboard, needed to take it to service centre. Mr. Rahul went an extra mile in guiding me for RMA of the m/b., got a new m/b. from MSI.

Thanks to TheITWares.com and MSI for quick and satisfactory response.
 
My Experience with Rahul has been very good. I stay in Pune and I bought pc upgrades from him worth ~40K in sept 2009(my very first online purchase), and was very pleased with the way the things went with it. The parts arrived preciesly after 3 days(1 working day as it was a weekend) and well packed and in great condition.

I just had an issue with my graphics card(Powercolor HD 4950 512MB) last month and wanted to get it RMAed. Tirupati asked me to send it to the dealer from whom I had purchased it and I shipped it to Rahul. Though a bit delayed(from Tirupati's side), I am getting my card after a lot of PM's being exchanged between me and Rahul(almost 15-20), Rahul had patiently and consistently replied to each one of them with regular status updates about the card.

From my experience(can't speak for other members), I can recommend Rahul(have already so to 3-4 of my friends and/or ordered for them as well) to others. Thank you Rahul for being a great help :D

I PMed the "TheITWares" account to place an order last Wednesday. Then I tried again yesterday. I haven't got any reply of any sort, and I can see the user account is online on these forums almost the entire day. I don't get it, do they not want to sell me their stuff? Is this normal? I understand that they reserve the right to offer their service, but where's the simple courtesy of a simple reply? I guess I have to buy from somewhere else.
 
I asked quotation for a rig but no replies as of yet. Its more than 3-4 days. Such response doesn't hold up to a good impression on potential buyers.

Can you "Alertpay" as payment gateway for online purchases ??

You must be knowing that many Indian users stopped using Paypal after that verification thing came.

Many of the Indian webmasters use Alertpay now.
