^Yeah checked, getting same error as well. Have brought it to the notice of admin. It may be a while before he comes online though
 
^^ He is not reachable neither via TE PM's nor via email. I gave up after sending a couple of PM's and email and not getting any response.

Crysis 2 PS3 and XBOX 360 was priced at 2499 MRP when we started the thread, every other dealer out there who was taking pre orders had listed the game at the same price u paid us that time, nearing the release they changed the MRP of XBOX 360 only to 1999 , PS3 still has a MRP of 2499 only

As this being Pre Order the payment date and the ship out was like a month a apart so i forgot that u had made the payment of 2250/- ... i think i missed to read this thread also or else i would have replied right away ....

If you could have just sent me 1 PM regarding the same you would have already got the refund of the same i am a dealer here from a long time and surely don't have any intentions to cheat anyone.

Regarding the Time Delay - The same was caused by the Distributor they decide a certain Launch Date and afterwards just delay the same saying the material is stuck in customs etc etc...We got the game on 5th April, and the same was even conveyed to you via PM ....... you can please show me a single Dealer who got the game before that if u can coz all the dealers i know got the same on 5th April and the same was shipped to u on 5th itself such things happen in Pre Orders of Games / Computer Parts everything ... we are also depending on the distributors to give us the same on time and we have no intention what so ever to delay your order.

Please PM me ur A/c No. , Name , A/c Type , IFSC Code , Bank Name i will refund the difference.

I would like to use this thread to bring something to everyone's notice. I have been purchasing from ITWares/ E-Lounge since the last couple of years and every time I had a very satisfying experience. But this time the attitude of the dealer (Mr. Rahul) has left me sour and disappointed. Its not a question of money its just the basic responsibility you think a registered dealer like Mr. Rahul is ought to have.

I will narrate the incident very briefly and post all the communication between myself & M/S ITWares and all the good folks at TE plz decide whether I am justified at being miffed (to put it lightly)

The Incident:

On 8-Apr-2011 I had ordered a tube of Arctic MX-2 TIM for which I duly made the payment (350 bucks). 48 hours later I get a mail from ITWares saying why did I make the payment. They said they didnot have the TIM in stock. I said if they can ship any other TIM to which he replied none of the TIMs are going to be in stock for a month. So he agreed to refund my payment.

And ever since I am trying to reach him but he is simply refusing to reply to my mails. I dont want to drag this thing into a mess but rather I want a proper explanation & resolution from Mr. Rahul.

^^ I was busy the last 2-3 weeks due to major changes happening with us like we have bought a new office in lamington road , and a warehouse in Vasai and have taken up distribution of a major Brand too (The threads for the same will also be started very soon in a day or 2 actually)... also these are the reasons why i wasn't able to give you'll time this month and hence so many people posting here and there that i don't reply to PM's and Emails in recent times.

Anyways Your account was added to our HDFC A/c yesterday itself and the refund of 350 Rs. will be done today afternoon as soon as the a/c is enabled by HDFC sorry for the delay.
 
Thanks Rahul for the prompt reply. I was not bothered about the delay its just that a simple reply to my mails stating you were pre-occupied would have sufficed. None of your customers are unreasonable people and all they want is some response from your end towards the resolution of any issues that may have cropped up.

We are loyal customers of ITWares and in turn recommend our friends and colleagues to purchase from your store. At the end of the day we are just looking for a good customer oriented seller which infact ITWares is reputed to be.

@ Rahul, I recieved the refund of 450. that was a good gesture. Thanks. appreciated.

IMO if we look back, all the chaos was due to the lack of communication. but I am now satisfied.
 
one thing I have noticed recently is that, Rahul is online most of the time these days.. as apposed to the other dealers.. :clap:
 
Bad experience with TheITWares...

I recently bought 2 sticks of 4gb crosair from Itwares n i
had some issues with one of dose stick so i wanted it for replacement..
Since i am busy with my exam i called him and requested him whether he or
hez worker will deliver it to crosair warranty services (laminton road).
He was disagreed with it. That was totally fine ,
but on top of that he started using slangs n he didnt even communicated with me properly.
I requested him, just because he stays near my place n earlier also i bought some products from him n that time he
either came to my place or i went to his place to collect my products.
This was totally unexpected behaviour from him no one should treat their clients like this.
 
^Did this deal happened over here in TE ? If not, any further discussion on this deal is not entertained over here.

Same here brought a noctua nh-u12p se2 from him. Beautifully packed. took me 20 minutes just peeling off the tape. great seller and fast shipping. Will definitely buy from him again
