Opening this thread so people owing replica (or as they call, 1:1 copy, master copy, knock off), basically fake stuff. Be it electronics or clothes or shoes or anything else. Just give your views and pics will be highly appreciated.

Have been using a knock off of Airpods since a year now.
Original Airpods battery conked off after exactly a year or so so decided no more costly TWS till its market proven to last atleast 2-3 years since battery is too small.

Bought knockoff airpods pro today for Rs. 1350 from a Facebook seller. I have never used original one and anyone could have easily fooled me and sold me these as original. The pop-up comes like original.
It shows transparency and noise cancellation (both don't work as expected), there Is ear detection that works. This Damn thing even shows under "Find my" app. WTF.
This unit has issues with my iPhone 6S for some odd reason but works superbly with my wife's iPhone X. Sound quality is okiesh and that was expected.
I only bought this cheap (relatively) to sort of understand if I am getting used to it or not and whether I will buy original or not in future.
There is fake serial number, box as USB C to lightning cable, extra ear tips.
It also have wireless charging but I cannot try since I don't have any wireless charger at home.

It has that H1 chip etc and pop up etc as u said feels exact like original!!

Even ear canal fit test is done and shows best fit!

Lol yes. I tried all that and seriously for the price they are pretty good. How are the regular airpods knockoffs? I am planning to buy those for myself to use with laptop for office calls. I may rarely use (for now) for my iPhone. I see them selling for Rs. 1100 on Facebook marketplace.

Works great but calls are not great to the other side.
I mean mics are not great. I find callers repeatedly asking me to repeat.
So mostly I use them for youtube videos

Thanks. Yes I am going to try these fake airpods pro tomorrow full day to see how it works. Tried to talk with my wife (she was wearing these) and I could hear lots of background noise. If that persists tomorrow on my office calls, I won't buy the airpods. But yes the convenience is great.

So a small review of these fakes...

• I have not used original but based in comparison between fakes and original, they look almost exactly like them. In fact one can be easily fooled. The box, the material inside everything very accurate.
• The feel of the unit is very much premium. There is that satisfying click when closing the case.
• Due to that special chip, the pop-up comes on iPhone and they are fully accurate. As in looks wise.
• The battery level showing on that screen is not accurate. It will show random percentages. In iOS 14 widgets of battery, the battery level of both earbuds and case is shown but it goes away after a minute. This is know issue with the replica.
• There is no ANC or transparency. But surprisingly, the options shown in the settings under iphone allow you to toggle It. We can also change name of Airpods.
• These also appear in the iPhone "Find my" app so apple is fooled into thinking It is real airpods.
• Sound quality is strictly ok. There is more boom boom base that you hear in cheap earphones. For some reason it is worse when connected my iPhone 6S but not so much when using wife's iPhone X.
• Connectivity is good but I constantly face issue with music pausing. Not sure if it is my earlobe constantly touching the stem of airpods. There is sensor in the stem that allows you to pause and play music.
• The least volume is pretty high which is not good for our ears.
• Mic quality is not good. You hear a lot of background noise if you talk to a person wearing this.

Overall if you have 1100-1500 Rupees to spare and don't mind just trying this thing out, go ahead. But I wouldn't spend again. I was actually planning to get fake airpods 2 if these turned out better but have decided against it.
