Burson And HD 800 , I dont think anything can beat this !!

Rest will come to know , once when we will have it in hand .

And Santosh sir & achal , Buddies u both mean a lot to me .

^ Err don't jump on to decisions so quick .Are you sure the HD800 bass will be enough for you. Yuo need to keep in mind ,though HD800 is one of the finest cans in the world it might bot be best for everyone. I would say when you are spending so much money make sure its a well researched one unless you dont mind putting up sales of the same 2 days after getting it .

If I ever spend 2000$+ on a cans + amp setup ,I will make sure I spend ~7-10k off that budget to make a trip to Jaben SGP before making the purchase :D

remember if you fly high you land hard!! , be cautious. though HD800 is great ..it has very good treble extension , you sure you can live with that treble sparkle !!
 
WOW thats some news, westone 3 was already one of the best IEMs in the market ...and now they are out with its next iteration :D , hats off to westone

price should be around $440 ..better would be if they reduce the price of westone 3 and UM3X. :)

:fear: i hope sankhdeep does not read this though, well he is happy with the W3 , but still not even a month since he bought W3 :(

westone must have some upgrade scheme.
 
Jays announced X-Jays long, long back which is also a Quad. Now W4 ($449, shipping 1st Qtr of 2011) and A-Jays Four (likely @ $70) are announced on the same day (See Headfonia).

Unfortunately, Logitech is intent on diluting UE into a mass market SkullCandy. Otherwise, considering the age of TF10, they should have been the first on to Quads. Next year, we will see more Quads = more choices. Things are getting better and my wallet cries thinking about the future :(

But is more drivers == Better SQ, necessarily?
 
westone 3 is amazing i am wondering how westone 4 will be:S

i am thinking of getting the monster turbines copper .. bcoz i want to have a iem with a different sound signature....what do u say guys...???
 
I am curious about the W4. My fried will come to INDIA in next 3 months... Hope some review comes out by that time.. :)
 
Why not the dealers here are trying to get the westone/earsonics to INDIA? I am sure there are lot many people who are looking for these
 
Not a lot many. Headphones and IEMs above $150 are still a bit niche. $300 mark is even more niche. Sure more and more people are upgrading to the next level, but the numbers still do not warrant stocking up. Perhaps GOs are the way to go for these. I am sure some dealer would oblige if he can see numbers.
 
Does anybody here have the Fischer Audio DBA-02, Audio-Technica ATH-CK10 and Radius DDM? Would love to read a thorough comparison between the three.

There's only one show man on TE for IEM's !

Namely - Santosh Sir !

He's got both of the IEM's u have named .

U ask him or not , but i can tell u his verdict , DBA-02 is his fav IEM , DDM comes 4th in the place now .

DBA-02 anyday for the neutral sound lover's , once u get used to it , u always find that detailing missing in all other IEM's
 
audio gurus please tell me what should i buy .... lord ganesha is pleased with me:P....so suggest a iem max 400$ .. i want to add a another iem in my basket with different sound signature than westone 3...if i dont invest the money in iem i will end up buying a gtx580 which is useless...so i want to spend wisely:ohyeah:

I tried the RE0 and now I find my M3 to be lacking in detail a bit. :(
