I bought this casing sometime back but have lost the bill. Its not more than 6 months old and has stopped working. The LED blinks but the hard disk is not getting detected by Windows.

Also the original box is no more with me. Only the casing, the cable and the pouch are there.

How do I get this one replaced/RMAed in Gurgaon/Delhi? Any help would be appreciated.
 
^^ box and all is not required. USB cable and the drive is what is required. Also look into Transcend India website for more details :)
 
I checked the status. Its showing warranty valid till April 2012. Now how do I get the RMA done ?

Can I send the product via post to the RMA folks ?
 
Drop a mail to Transcend RMA or raise a request online. RMA should be via Accel Frontline which should be there in NP, Delhi I guess

jUST GO WITH THE HARD DISK AND CABLE AND ALL THAT you have to the workshop which is nearest your place in Delhi, they will ask you for a few details like since when the disk is not working and all they will take it from you and give you a reciept then it as a game of patience, your harddisk will have the Serial No. printed on the area where its capacity is mentioned :), register the product on Transcend India site and the whole process will smoothen out I think, hope this heps :)

I've already registered my product on the Indian Website.

And its only a casing man, no HDD. It costed 600 bucks and for that I do not want to drive all the way from Gurgaon to Delhi so wanted to look out for any close by options.
