Hi all,
I'm using a four pin S-Video to single RCA(yellow) cable to output to my TV.
It gives me colour display but the dispplay on TV is flickering too much -- almost i must say its rolling not flickering.

happens on any mode -- ntsc or PAL. I tried setting resolution but no use.

Anything one can Suggest pls
Got a Samsung Bio vision 29"

Thx

What display mode are you using? Use Dual-View. And play around with rz and refresh rates. I think composite needs 640 * 480

Dual view Cone mode.
I did try lower resolution but no use.
I have the same Cable working for my laptop which diplays superfine picture quality @ 1024x768 on my TV.

Hi all, I'm new to this forum but I registered just to say that I've got the same problem. I just buyied a 6600GT 256Mb AGP and, when installing the drivers, TV Output starts flickering (with default VGA driverso of WXP SP2 it does not). If you come to any solution please tell me (or viceversa) ;)

I solved :hap2:
I was using an s-video to video composite to scart connection. Using directly the video composite to scart it worked out.
I must change a bit the connections and buy some cable but now it works.
However, with my previous Geforce Ti4200 it worked well with the first configuration

They changed something in those new videocards.

There is no scart in here for me -

Im using the bundled 9 pin s-video type cable that goes into the card & devides into green/blue/red composites & a 4 pin s-video.

Then i used a 4 pin s-video to single composite cable to transfer video signal to my AV yellow in on TV.

Anything u suggest for that ??
