Better upgrade to 14" rims and then buy 185/70/14R

correct upgrade is 185/ 65/ R 14
It is correct indeed,but such a low profile will have a bad effect on the suspension.They will wear faster and the comfort level may also decrease.
R13 and profile 70 would be too much overkill to the engine,it will decrease the acceleration and mileage both considerably.Will increase the comfort though.Many 1.2's are running on these comfort is compromised a bit but handling is gr8.
Next best option is 185/70 R13.
