Laptops Ultra mobile PC availability?

Found this on google, any idea about the price & availability?
 
Depending on your budget, I would suggest you wait to get the HP Pavilion tx2000 series tablet PC which will now have an active touchscreen digitizer.

A full-featured tablet PC, although more expensive than a UMPC, offers way better price/performance ratio, IMHO.
