Unable to surf putlocker on Bsnl

Hi,
I'm unable to open putlocker.com on new BSNL connection I've taken . Is it blocked on bsnl as I was able to open it on airtel.

Opening here fine on BSNL Broadband.

nope... never ever opened.. not at least in Bangalore not my Jdown recognizes the server... Works with other broadband though..

Thanks for your replies. I changed to Google dns & its opening but no luck with BSNL setting.
