Utorrent 1.8.1 - speed toooo slow

The seed to peer ratio is very good, so no issue about the torrent files.
So y am i getting snail speed?
i dont get good uploading speed also.

i've unlimited 192kb/s broadband speed. youtele

R there any settings that i've to alter in the 'preferences' section?

pls help.
 
1. is the port that you are using in utorrent is properly forwarded.

2. Is this speed for all torrents that you are downloading or is for just one

3. What speed do you get when you download anything from http/ftp/telnet ?
 
Port properly forwarded or not you should get good speed with Torrents. Not the max coz you need to optimise your settings and stuff (ports, etc) to achieve that.

It could be that YouTele is shaping your Torrent Traffic and creating bottlenecks.

I used to get good speeds with TATA and when my usage increased they started doing it and I used to get awfully slow speed in spite of good ratio and stuff.
