iOS VPN and File Manager

I have recently purchased iPhone 5s (My First iOS Device) .. So I m looking for VPN app (I was using Hotspot in Android but in App Store it only has 7 day trail) and File Manager app (Like ES File Explorer)

For VPN I use Surf Easy. It gives free 500 MB per month in free plan. Works pretty well. I would recommend.
Recently I installed CyberGhost VPN since I got 1 Year free membership for the same.

For file manager you are out of luck as iOS is restricted OS and you cannot expect to check the file system like android. If your phone is jailbroken then you can use iFile which is wonderful.
