Yes, but it should be delivered to you for less than 25,500 I guess. Just bought one a few weeks ago. That should be around the same now.
 
Plus you can try asking for a 10% student discount if you are still a student or you have a younger brother/sister. I got Bamboo P&T for 6500 instead of 7200/- as a result.
