little off topic @OP how you find the performance of PiBox you're using with this HDD (as seen in pictures).

Also consider it as friendly bump

Its pretty good have used both 2.5 inch and 3.5 inch drives on it ,got really good transfer speeds it says it can support till 10TB but i tested till 1 TB only works like a charm

also hdd sold to @Soufosale

Can't they power it without the 12V 2A power adapter. It is the biggest turnoff.
