As for decompiling etc.
there is no need. You can do it all in assembly language, ie any debugger (visual studio), my bet is all u have to do is replace
jnz
with jmp
(ie. 0F 85 with 90 E9).
the main thing is figuring out where that 0F 85 (or whatever) is.
