What is the best way to watch tv without disturbing others ?

So what is the best option to watch TV without disturbing others. Primary requirement will be obviously for the audio to be in sync with video. The second is for the earphone or headphone used to be comfortable enough for long sessions. We are using a Fire stick.
If anyone has any setup which works well for them, please share.

Use wireless gaming headphones . I have one whose mic doesn’t work and it’s detachable. I can sell it for cheap le me know . It’s razer blackshark wireless

I have never had any sync issues with my Samsung Buds 2 Pro. I sit about 8-9 ft from the TV. I use Google TV with Chromecast.

I prefer using my OnePlus Buds with the gaming mode enabled to minimize minor time delays. When gaming on Xbox, I connect wired earphones directly to the controller.
