What I meant was, if I am "ex" MS then how can I give you the current/latest/correct info. On the other hand, if you find a present employee they are usually quite secretive in a scared/nazi terrorized kind of way

I used to deliver tea/coffee but at least it was of different exciting flavours:

Tea:

1. Lemon.

2. Ginger.

3. Masala.

4. Regular.

Coffee:

1. Hazelnut.

2. Valencia (orange).

3. Mocha (chocolate).

4. Arabia.

5. Robusta.

6. Regular.

Cup sizes were also different:

1. Tall.

2. Medio.

3. Grande.

4. Supremo.

5. Venti (for the really fat cat bosses).

We pretty much use MS software exclusively, have site licenses for most other products. Can install any software for testing purposes, also have Macs

Do you have access to source code (at least read-only) for any products you work with at GTSC for testing/debugging/bug-hunting/fixing purposes? Or is it still limited for EEs/SEEs and/or US employees only?

I think it is still for EE/SEEs but the no. of SEEs have gone up dramatically.

Yes, MS had started using agile for most if not all teams across the globe (read this in a MS blog) but not sure about support org...
