@Party Monger It seems the local police are very well equipped here and they say they can trace any mobile within a hour ....damn no one told me that the local police are this much capable or else i would have put an end to it long ago

@SID I am not a violent person but seeing my sister suffer was a bit too much to take....dad knows this don very well but lets hope it doesnt comes to that...we just want to be left alone thats all....we dont want any trouble

NC is actually non cognizable report with police.

The police will call you and the person in police station and will file a report with them on which no arrest will take place but person will be warned that if the person filing NC(you) to whom any untoward incident happens in next couple or 3 months.The chap on whom NC is wriiten will be the first person to be arrested whether that person is within that period within the city state etc wherever.

In short he becomes sure that almost a police report have been filed on him and he will be arrested even though he was involved or not in it.

So he ill try to avoid any physical damage to your family as he might be facing trouble not only in 3 months but also in future as police will have a record of such entry.
 
^^ well thats very good info . but now i think its a little late no? i mean they will say they got attacked too ....its been like 3 days still no sign of any trouble whatsoever....got only 1 suspicious call after that then it stopped....no police complaint from the other side etc they know they are at fault i think this is over

See their/his Daring that he or any one from them call again after all that incident? Aperson from Decent family never induge in such activity after all that beating stigma.

First time mistake is ok but again call after all that... enough ground for you to see Police though the number is not from the old guys.

Hope you have the Calling person Number with you?

Precaustion is better than Cure.

Bro its never late for you to get nc done.Its would be late if some incident happens and police comes to know that already that person has harassed your family.

In such cases related to harassment police take serious interest and helps.

You stating 3 days.In mumbai there have been incidents where a gal was attacked(acid)after 3 years by the person because she involved her family and stated similar incident as yours.

Please watch serials like Crime Patrol.

Also if possible tell your sis to join some self defence programs like judo,karate.Self defense is best prevention.

But do take matter seriously and just dont give yourself false assurance everything is alright.

It might happen time wont give you second chance.

You should IMMEDIATELY inform the police about this ! . As ICHROCZ said , they petty guys no nothing to do in life , they ll be ready for revenge , i mean what else those bloody mindless beggars got to loose anyways , their life is a waste , if they were of constructive mind , they wont be like this .

Many times people have regretted a lot for not reporting the matter to police , again warning you , this is the right time to go for it .

You are underestimating the seriousness of the matter !! . And even if they leave your sister alone for a while , they can harass any other girl too .

Use money , use power , use whatever you got , go to the police and get over with this once and for all .

And send your sister to some martial arts class !! .

Please understand , these are no small children whom you beat up a bit and they ll straighten out , they already have shown their el cheapo criminal psychic nature, understand its not late yet , report to the police !! . Sorry for being hyper but thats how it is for me , I boil up when i hear such stuff , If I were you , I would have beaten them up badly and given them to the police and if possible , bribe the police to torture them so that if they even think of doing things with a girl next time in life , they ll shiver out .

Saying "It is over" is you just trying to pacify yourself. Sincere request to please listen to what others are saying. These goons have huge ego and they will come back to take revenge. This time well prepared may be.

It is better to be safe than sorry.

And yes as someone mentioned, you are definitely UNDERESTIMATING the seriousness. If you still do not want to listen to anyone here then be ready for ANYTHING that can happen to you or your loved one.

You only are to blame them.

I always watch crime patrol and some incidents where it involves harrasing a girl are involved, it really shows how far can these thugs go. I feel the punishment to harras girls should be cutting the guy's $#^%&&

And yes for God's sake, get your sister some weapon like Knife or a taser.
 
Better get a private security for your sister and enjoy peaceful life, before hiring one of them don't forget to have check on their licenses

Now the one suspicious call that i got the caller said he got a missed call from my number and thats why he is calling back....i really dont know who this guy is although he admitted he is from the same area as me....i told him i will check and call him back....even before i disconnected the call i knew there is no chance anyone touched this mobile to make a call as he called me the next day after that incident....i never called him back from then on no wrong calls whatsoever....also both the thugs are from a decent family ....their family had no idea about their doings one guy even has a sister the same age as my sister.

The second thug lost his mother recently .and his dad has run away it seems....when i attacked him inside his house this 80 yr old lady came from the bedroom and pleaded to leave him and his big sister was crying like anything as she couldnt do anything ....even then i felt really bad for what i had done ...but he did got some good beating .....after sometime some male member arrived at the house and beat the guy to a pulp ...they also pleaded with us to not go to the police and gave their phone numbers and assured us he will never every cause any trouble ....only then we decided to leave.

I am accompanying my sister everyday like you guys advised.....if they still managed to hurt my sister in any way or destroy her life rest assured we are not cowards who give complaints to police and give interviews to paper and go back to our lives with heavy hearts....both these thugs will get butchered alive then .
