Hi guys...an uncle of mine is going to visit us ...could you please quote the rate, the place to buy(i know of one i.e. DELTA PAGES)...he lives in St. Thomas Mount any place in its vicinity would be great.So that i can get the speakers through him.

all Annas and Tambis pls help me.....:)

firstly is this uncle of urs gonna visit the US of A or is he visiting u nd ur folks :bleh:

and why cant u get it from delhi itself? its a huge package.. not easy to transport.
 
Just heard frm my dealer. After a brief period of scarcity, MX5021 is going to be avaliable in Hyd from next week and I suppose will be available easily in other parts as well...At well under 7k they are at a good price...

is the package too big to be carried in Train:huh: ...coz he is in railways..he will come by Train only...

I get from ur post, that ur uncle from chennai is going to visit u in Delhi.
If so, best place to buy from Chennai is Ritche street, where Delta is located.
the price will be almost same(as u seen online), if not 100-200 lesser if he scouts around.

Shops from other places will have higher prices as they buy from Ritche and resell with margins
 
@sTaLkEr..i checked NP last week 30th to be exact ...NP didnt have a single AL speaker...but can check this sat..

I strongly suggest u get it in Delhi itself.........the box is huge and heavy..(should easily be 8-9 Kilos) Try contacting the Distributor of AL in Delhi. For Mumbai its Rashi, look up AL's site for Delhi's Distributor. The Distributor can then guide you to the shop where you can most probably find stock.

Edit1: Surprisingly I dont see ATP3 or MX5021 on Altec Lansing's India site ? ...........Are the two products discontinued ?

Even i have the same fear i.e. have they been discontinued,...and worse:S ..coz when i went to NP the dealer told me that the guys who used to import AL have stopped it. And he failed to confirm whether it was temporary or not..
or...he could just be pulling my legs.:bleh: But Pulling my legs or not , i could not find a single shop having AL in NP. this happened on 30th of March..i don't know what is the present situation.
 
I bought one day b4 yesterday for 6250 from Delta peripherals, Ritchie street. Cost me Rs.250 in auto charges, though.
